Round table: Hybrid and multi-cloud

The crisis caused by COVID-19 has reinforced the critical importance of companies’ agility and ability to adapt to constant fluctuations and changes in market.

It is estimated that by 2022, almost 90% of the world’s organisations will have a hybrid mix of private, dedicated or facility-based, public, and on-premise clouds to meet their infrastructure expectations, and have named 2021 as the multi-cloud year.

A public cloud platform offers businesses an agile IT infrastructure, which however is not necessarily a suitable option for all types of workloads. As such, most companies are choosing to keep some of their workloads on-premise or in the private cloud.

On 27 November at 15:30 (CET), our colleague in Portugal, Antonio Mendes will be at the round table organised by IT Insight. He will discuss the main trends in the hybrid and multi-cloud market and the leading role of the CIO and CTO in the transformation operated by clouds in their organisations.
